Help Us Help Them

Ahimsa Rescue Foundation is a non-profit organization providing shelter and care for dogs in need. We are committed to the welfare of animals, enhancing the quality of life for homeless animals by finding the best possible homes for them. In the past year, we have found homes for hundreds of animals after they were spayed or neutered.

We need your help to continue performing these types of services. The fund raising activities listed on this page are some ways we can help each other help the animals. By simply making a donation, you will be helping us  help the animals--operating a safe haven for those animals who have been injured or abandoned. Remember that your donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ahimsa Rescue Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

Please give with confidence: 100% of your Donations go directly to the animals. There are no employees or paid staff at Ahimsa Rescue Foundation. Ahimsa Rescue operates by virtue of generous and compassionate volunteers who graciously and freely give their time, energy, and resources. They receive NO compensation other than the deep satisfaction in knowing that they are saving the lives of dogs who are vigilant guards, relentless messengers, gentle baby-sitters, brave soldiers, hilarious clowns, and, mostly, dear friends.   If you have any questions about donating to us online, please e-mail us with your questions.
How you can help!
There are several ways you can make a difference. 
1.  Credit/Debit Card Donations:

3.  Donate products and supplies:

You may donate products and supplies which than can be put to good use by Ahimsa Rescue Foundation such as Frontline flea medication, Capstar, Program, Advantage, pet food, pet treats, pet toys and many other things that are useful for pets.  Please, contact us by e-mail or phone at (918) 427-5087 for assistance and a list of items most needed at this time. 

4.  Gift Donations:

If you need a Gift for a loved one, here is the perfect gift.  Make your Donation in that person's name, and we will send him/her a Thank-You Card in your name.  Make sure to send the correct name and mailing address or e-mail of that person by e-mail or call us at (918) 427-5087. 

5.  Bequests:

You can help secure the future of Ahimsa Rescue Foundation by remembering Ahimsa Rescue in your will. There are a number of ways in which bequests can be made to benefit both Ahimsa Rescue Foundation and you, the donor, and also remember your existing heirs. This kind of gift can consist of almost anything, including securities, works of art, and/or real estate. Bequests are an excellent source of support that helps guarantee the Ahimsa Rescue's ability to continue to rescue abused and abandoned animals long into the future. 6.  Pavers for Pets:

You and your beloved pet can be part of Ahimsa Rescue Foundation forever. You can have a name permanently engraved on a paver to memorialize a family member or a loving pet that will be placed on the walkway leading to the beautiful foster care area  It is all so easy! Simply buy a gift concrete paver (4" by 8" in size), and tell us what you want engraved. You can have up to three lines of 14 spaces each. The cost is only $50 per paver. 7.  One great way to help is to take part in our Sponsorship Program!

Our Sponsorship Program is designed to help the animals we have who are looking for homes by encouraging our benefactors to pick their favorite animal and help provide for his or her care while the pet is with us. This gives everyone a chance to sponsor an individual animal, a kennel, a playpen, or just about anything else at Ahimsa Rescue to help our friends stay happy and healthy until they find a home. 8.  Make a donation as a Memorial:

Often in our lives, we have special pets that leave us much to soon. A memorial donation may be made in the name of a friend or loved one to honor those special ones who have gone before us.
